Sam Addison started Pogue Mahone Pickles while attending Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Austin Texas. What began as a way to make a few extra bucks while enjoying the local farmers markets has gained a cult pickle following which has led to a full scale pickle production operation. In their 3rd year they now provide pickles to many retail stores and restaurants throughout Texas with big plans for expansion on the horizon.
