Mike is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Senior Staff Psychologist at the University of Chicago Student Counseling Service, where he provides psychotherapy, consultation and assessment. He also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and directs the ADHD assessment program for UChicago students. Mike’s other interests include motivation, innovation and the intersection of technology and psychology. He has worked as a consultant on a variety of projects involving gamification, human factors and UI/UX design while also doing music composition for brands and film projects. Mike has a passion for social justice and multicultural issues as well as psychology in non-traditional settings. Mike’s work comes from an existential/phenomenological perspective and is informed by interpersonal, constructivist and systems theory. His career mission is to explore the intersection of science, art and relationships in order to help people better understand and live their lives.
