Julie has been on an ongoing journey of personal embodiment and mission to help others live life to the fullest of their human capacity. Her experience and interests are broad, from aesthetics to asceticism (twenty pieces.org), the intersection of technology and spirituality, art (Her painting installation "A Pervasive Sense of Well Being"), and the sustainable, life-filled, stewardship of human resources in the start-up world of Silicon Valley. The common thread: all serve the unhindered life of wonder. The life of wonder is served through her passion for contemplative life, commitment to simple things like eye contact, a slow pace, sabbath rest, and working with her hands to do things besides tap keys. Her latest project is a digital detox experience designed to help the designers and developers of the valley find clarity of mind and a renewed sense of wonder and inspiration.
