Jordan is a Co-Founder and Partner at Founders Entertainment, who own and produce The Governors Ball Music Festival, and FarmBorough Music Festival. He oversees event programming, talent buying, sponsorship, artist relations, public relations, and business development. Prior to starting Founders, Jordan worked in the talent agency world. First at Paradigm Talent Agency, and then at International Creative Management, in the office of legendary music agent Marsha Vlasic. From there, he set off to pursue his dreams in the music business, which included bringing his hometown of New York City its first ever successful, major, music festival - The Governors Ball. In 2014, Billboard honored Jordan as one of the top 40 music executives under 40 years of age.
