JEMELE HILL is knowledgeable and versatile sports enthusiast. She is the co-host of His & Hers TV Show and a regular contributor to ESPN’s SportsCenter, Around The Horn, Sports Reporters, Outside the Lines and other programs. In the fall of 2012, Hill served as the sideline reporter for the ESPN Friday Night college football package. Additionally, she is a national columnist for ESPN.com and co-host of the nightly-rated “His & Hers” podcast, alongside Michael Smith, which launched in February of 2013. Hill joined ESPN in November 2006. Prior to ESPN, Hill serviced as a sports writer with the Detroit Free Press, mainly covering Michigan State football and basketball. While at the Free Press, she covered the 2004 Summer Olympics and the NBA Playoffs. Hill began her career as general assignment sports writer for the Raleigh News & Observer. A native of Detroit, Hill graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in journalism.
