Beth is a media technologist with a background in journalism, design and dev. She has more than a decade of experience working at companies including AOL, The Huffington Post, the Associated Press and Digital First Media (the second largest newspaper company in the country by circulation). Currently she’s the product director for Billy Penn, a local news startup. In her spare time, she works as a volunteer and organizer for professional media and tech groups, including Hacks/Hackers and the Online News Association.
