Angus joined IMG Academy in 2004 and helped lead much of the growth and development of the mental conditioning team, managing a staff of 8 consultants developing programs for junior and professional athletes and coaches. During his tenure at IMG, Angus has spent his time working with athletes transitioning into the arenas of pro sport, particularly the WTA and ATP tour, NFL, NBA and MLB. This has also led to becoming a specialist with other high performers in industries including military special operations, medicine and corporate settings. While working with high performers has been his passion, part of his role has also been mentoring 50 graduate students over the last 10 years, creating an environment for strong professional development.
