Hector Ward and The Big Time throw their Annual Blackfinger Day party to give upcoming Austin musicians an opportunity to play in front of the SXSW crowd. SX has become diluted and commercial like Christmas and most Austin artists have a difficult time getting into the festival made for the "little people". It used to be about up and coming bands to get their foot in the door of the music industry. This party is about Austin and it's music and always will be.
