A desire to engage in an energizing discussion about what makes a great team. Before you come to the workshop, take some time to reflect on one great team you've been on in your life.
What to Bring:
Go to this website: http://www.tf144.com/great-teams/ and listen to the audio file describing your “homework” – which is to come prepared to tell a one-minute story about your great team.
From the athletic field to the classroom to the boardroom—teams are everywhere. Our future is inextricably tied to the quality of our teams, yet most leaders do very little to influence the dynamics of their teams. They leave it to chance. Now imagine the most amazing team that you’ve ever seen. If you could, would you infuse those qualities into your current team? Join us for the Great Teams Workshop, and we will help you unleash the power of your current team.
The workshop is 2.5 hours and designed around three key takeaways:
(1) Part 1: We will use a highly interactive format featuring storytelling and fast-paced small-group discussions to gain deep understanding about what makes a team great.
(2) Part 2: We will focus on how to put that knowledge into practice, with a focus on transforming your team to achieve exceptional results.
(3) Part 3: We will address the three massive mistakes managers make that inadvertently undermine teamwork and prevent them from achieving the kind of results they want.
Throughout the workshop, participants will be exposed to a highly engaging learning methodology that they can utilize in their organizations. Finally, participants will practice crucial leadership skills—in particular, storytelling and charismatic listening.
The Great Teams Workshop will be a high-energy, fun experience that equips and inspires you to take your organization to the next level. We look forward to learning with you!
