Here's the problem: You create great digital content (maybe an app, or video) that goes viral. Then someone rips it off. On the flip side, maybe someone else created great digital content that you want to "borrow."
But where does the law draw the line? How much can you steal (or "borrow") before you cross the line into infringement?
Join us as in this highly interactive, entertaining and educational session (which was "standing room only" in SXSW 2014) as we discuss real legal cases involving video games, songs, superheroes and digital content of all sorts, and examine "how close is too close" when it comes to IP and digital content creation.
The session will be led by Brad Gross, general counsel to the Society of Digital Agencies and attorney for dozens of production companies worldwide.
