As the next billion global citizens log on to participate in the online economy, it’s important to ask: is privacy a fundamental human right, or a luxury for those who can afford it? With Europe passing the "right to be forgotten," privacy is a truly global issue. This presentation will explore the intersection of privacy, policy and technology.
