This workshop will provide you with expert insight to improve your eCommerce conversion. Bridging the divide between technical product development and retail marketing, Jim and Simon will cover topics including content, merchandising, A/B and multivariate testing, analytics, search, mobile, UX, customer psychology, innovation and multi-channel activation.
Part 1: Getting close to your Customer (1 hour)
A mix of insight, tools and practical demonstrations to help you understand the psychology and behaviour of your customer and identify your areas of friction.
Part 2: Slaughtering friction in the conversion funnel (1 hour)
Drawing on case studies and practical solutions from big business, we will show you how to instantly maximise your revenue.
Part 3: Group breakouts (1 hour)
Breakout groups will choose between a technical or business view of the topics discussed. Groups will collaborate and help each other solve real world challenges.
Part 4: A frictionless future for eCommerce (30 mins)
We end with a view of the emerging trends and technologies that will change your business in the next 3 years.
