The statement "healthcare is broken" has become a cliche, but most attempts to fix the system focus on relatively incremental changes. However, there's a brave new world of exciting ideas that have the power to truly change things at a fundamental level.
In our panel we discuss how diverse sectors like gaming, ecommerce, and academia can inform better design for healthcare solutions. However, we will also focus on the tension that can exist when creating the "best" and most engaging product doesn't always lead to positive/measurable patient outcomes and vice versa.
