There is perhaps no issue of greater debate in the technology industry today than the Open Internet, with a record 3.7 million Americans submitting comments to the FCC on the issue. So the question is: how do we balance the consumer benefits an open and transparent Internet promotes against the critical need to preserve sufficient flexibility for broadband providers to innovate?
Our panel seeks to get to the heart of the issues of the FCC’s Open Internet Order, and what regulations, if any, are needed to ensure the Internet is open and accessible to all Americans.
