Wearables: How to Prevent Data Overload

In 2015, wearable technology is mainstream. It is easier than ever to buy an activity tracker, heart rate monitor, wrist band, or other measurement tool. Even if we don't buy a specific gadget, the motion sensors in our smartphones can monitor our behavior as well.
How well did you sleep? Did you move at least 30 minutes a day? Have you been to the gym? We can find a treasure trove of data about our behavior on phones and in the cloud. Probably you're tempted to use all that data to find areas of self improvement. Losing weight, living a healthier life, or finding a better work life balance is all within reach, if we could analyze all that data and try to find useful patterns.
That all sounds great, but you can easily feel overwhelmed by the massive pile of data you've collected. Based on the book Fit with Apps, this talk helps you set your priorities straight and work on a minimal actionable data set with one goal: smallest possible effort, biggest possible output.
