Unicorn #2: How Entrepreneurs Choose the Next Idea

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

How do serial entrepreneurs who have created companies worth hundreds of millions or billions of dollars approach their second and third startup? What’s different the second time around?
We’ve got four incredible serial entrepreneurs that have created companies such as Barracuda Networks, Convio, Tivoli and WP Engine on stage to share their secrets. Each one will first give a two-minute pitch for his first company and then a two-minute pitch for his most recent company. Then we’ll have 30 minutes of Q&A about what they’ve learned and how they went about finding and evaluating their latest startup idea.
Panelists include:
Dean Drako, founder of Barracuda Networks & Eagle Eye Networks
Bob Fabbio, founder of Tivoli, White Glove Health, eRelevance Corp
Jason Cohen, founder of Smart Bear Software & WP Engine
Vinay Bhagat, founder of Convio & TrustRadius
