Norwegian Music Industry Mixer (The Oslo Lounge)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

For many years South by Southwest has been the go-to place for the music industry. Considering the large number of Norwegians in Austin we, Oslo Business Region in collaboration with Music Norway, welcome everyone to an informal meet and greet at the Oslo Lounge.

Join us for a beer and food after the conference, before you head off to the next party. And of course, bring your non-Norwegian partners and friends too.

  • Welcome to the Oslo Lounge by Fredrik Winther (Oslo Business Region)
  • Short intro on Music Norway by Kathrine Synnes Finnskog (Music Norway)
  • 2 minute pitches from five selected Norwegian music industry persons (TBA)
  • And yes, first and foremost: Meet ‘n greet
  • ...and beer and food

Program will be in English and is subject to change.

About The Oslo Lounge

The Oslo Lounge is a pop-up co-working and event space, where people from the most innovative companies in the world meet to discuss and highlight businesses from the Oslo region. This time at SXSW 2015, on 607 Trinity Street (Upstairs on Trinity and Vinyl), just a few blocks away from the SXSW buzz. Take a break from the busy conference, catch up on e-mails and facilitate b2b meetings. We have reserved tables for meetings and of course free WiFi. Curious about what’s stirring in the North? Every afternoon we welcome you to join us for The Oslo Lounge events. The Oslo Lounge is open to everyone and managed by Oslo Business Region, in collaboration with local and international partners. We combine international profiling, place positioning and information with startup support services, talent and investment recruiting and regional business development.
