Shad Robinson

Shad Robinson is a rapper hailing from Sylmar, California whose dedication and respect for the hip-hop culture has granted him the opportunity to prosper alongside some of music’s most profound lyricists.

Though he’s always had a heart for rap and the creative process off stage, Shad Robinson, along with his producer, EDWIN!, began to emerge onto the scene shortly after graduating high school in 2007. Since then, Shad Robinson has taken off and released two successful projects, “1989” (which included features from Dizzy Wright and fellow LA emcee, HighFii Kiddo), and his latest, “Face Is Fact”, which landed him a spot on Ab-Soul’s “These Days Tour”; Proving that Shad Robinson has mastered the ability to create content solid enough to keep fans supporting and gain the recognition of his industry colleagues. Along with Ab-Soul, Shad Robinson has also shared the stage with Funk Volume’s Dizzy Wright and most notably a string of shows with Hip Hop mega star, Kendrick Lamar at Los Angeles venues such as The Key Club, The El Rey and The Music Box. On top of performing on the same stage as some of Los Angeles’ most respected artists’, Shad Robinson has also worked with Aplus Filmz who is responsible for providing visuals for ScHoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar, Pro Era, Hit-Boy, and Jhene Aiko to name a few. With over 1,000 Facebook “Likes”, over 6,000 Twitter followers and over 100,000 YouTube plays on his channel”, Shad Robinson embodies all that is success by remaining an un-signed independent artist.

Shad Robinson is also notorious for holding several Open Mic’s in his hometown of Sylmar and hopes that through his music and success, he can inspire his community to follow their dreams and prosper.
